About SuvaQuad

We work at the intersection of human judgment and intelligent systems. Not to replace thinking — but to strengthen it.

Our work begins with understanding real-world problems deeply — and building systems that improve how decisions are made and how work actually happens.

Vision

To shape a future where human judgment and intelligent systems work together to enable better decisions.

Mission

To understand real-world problems deeply and design, build, and evolve intelligent systems that improve how people and organisations operate and make decisions.

Values

Stay with the problem

We begin with deep understanding before moving to solutions.

Build for the real world

What we create is meant to work in real conditions, not controlled environments.

Evolve continuously

Systems are not static — they improve with use, feedback, and context.

Think in systems

We look beyond isolated parts to understand how everything connects.

Work together

We build alongside people, ensuring solutions remain grounded and usable.

How we think

We begin with the problem — not the tool, not the solution.

By understanding context deeply, we design and build systems that are not only intelligent, but usable, adaptable, and grounded in how decisions are actually made.

The goal is not just to build — but to build systems that continue to improve over time.

Core Team

Utpal Sinha

Co-founder · Engineering & Architecture Head

Builds systems that work — across data, education, and AI.

Utpal has spent over two decades building systems that work across data, education, and technology. He began at IBM working on enterprise systems and analytics, and later led large teams designing curriculum and assessment platforms that reached millions of students. His work spans computational physics, enterprise systems, education at scale, and AI.

Hiranya Riju

Co-founder · Business & Operations Head

Works on structuring complex problems into practical, scalable solutions.

Hiranya focuses on building structured, scalable approaches to complex, real-world challenges. His experience spans on-ground implementation and system-level work with government stakeholders, giving him both detailed and systemic perspectives. He works across product, design, and technology, combining analytical thinking, data, and experimentation to build practical, context-driven solutions.
