The NIPUN Mission focuses on ensuring every child achieves foundational literacy and numeracy by Grade 3. At the centre of this effort is the mentor, and how effectively they support teachers.
We built a unified data system that brings together student learning outcomes, teacher classroom performance, and mentor coaching activity into one place.
On top of this, we developed an analytics layer designed specifically for coaching decisions.
This made it possible to see how mentoring translates into classroom practice and how that affects student learning.
With this clarity, coaching becomes more focused. Effort is directed where it matters most.
